Returns

If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), please return them to us within 14 days of receiving them and we'll give you a full refund for the original paid amount with no fuss. The only thing we ask is that the goods are returned to us in an "as new" re-saleable condition. To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Services Advisors on  01732 463 573. We will give you a returns number so we can track your goods and apply your refund promptly when they come back to us.

It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service, or at a minimum obtain a proof of posting at the post office in the unlikely event the goods are lost in transit. You may wish to take out additional insurance for high value items.

Please write your returns number we give you on the parcel and return the goods to:

Returns CakeCraftWorld.co.uk Unit 8 North Downs Business Park Pilgrims Way (Lime Pit Lane) Sevenoaks Kent TN13 2TL

Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event you have not received your parcel within 7 working days we would first ask you to carry out the following checks:

  • That you have not been carded by Royal Mail to collect from your local sorting office.
  • That it has not been left in or outside your home i.e. a meter cupboard, porch or left with a neighbor.

Having carried out the above checks please contact us by telephone or by email to: info@CakeCraftShop.co.uk stating your order reference, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost packages with our courier partners and will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found. Please note we require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers.

Delivery Prices for Overseas destinations we currently deliver to.

All orders dispatched overseas can be tracked on-line. Small orders under 1.5 Kg are dispatched by "Royal Mails International Sign For" service. Due to weight and size restraints, parcels over 1.5Kg we use Interlink / DPD. You may find it beneficial in some cases to place two separate orders where your goods are over 1.5Kg in weight. Delivery times vary from country to country, however nearly all deliveries are received within 1-2 weeks if not sooner. All prices quoted include UK VAT (where applicable).
