If you are not confident about painting or piping messages straight onto your cake, use a plaque and if it goes wrong, you can just try again and again. Size: 106m long

Use with sugarpaste, marzipan, cookie dough, pastry and modelling icing. Ideal for cutting out pastry for tartlets and making plaques for cakes out of a modelling paste. We suggest using Mexican paste for plaques and leave overnight to harden. They can then be piped on, painted with edible food colourings or drawn on using the edible ink pens.
