Flower Picks & Display Cups

Flowers picks allow you to arrange and display flowers and other decorations perfectly on a cake. Simply wash and dry the pick, place the wires from the flower spray into the pick and then push into the cake so that it is not visible. They work with most cake coverings except Royal Icing which would most likely crack. For fresh flowers use the fresh flower pick which has a stretchy silicone cap to prevent spills and keep the flowers tight in place.

As a general guide, use a small pick for small sprays, medium pick for medium sprays and Wilton pick for large sprays.
