The middle ring is 9" (225mm) across, max board size 12" (300mm). 
The bottom ring is 12" (300mm) across, max board size 16" (400mm). 

Distance between top and middle tiers is 10" (255mm), distance between middle and bottom tiers is 10.5" (270mm). 

Max suggested weight for top tier 3kg, max suggested weight for middle tier 5kg.
