We have mixed an old fashioned flower Lily Of The Valley with pearls, clear gems and diamontes to create this beatiful sparkling cake top. It comes with a flower pick so that it can safely be inserted into a cake or for an old fashioned look, place the cake top into a small narrow silver vase.
