Chocolate Cakes & Decorations
Nearly everybody loves a chocolate cake. We have a fantastic chocolate cake mix that is pretty hard to go wrong with. All you do is add water, mix and bake ? it's absolutely delicious (just keep quiet when the compliments are flying and everybody wants your recipe!).
For chocolate coverings, we have a chocolate sugarpaste and a chocolate fudge icing. Both these icings are ready to roll out, just spread a thin layer of chocolate butter cream on the cake first, knead the icing well (using coco powder so that it doesn't stick), roll out and place over cake. If you have a cake smoother, smooth over top and sides for a perfect finish.
If you want to mould or cut out chocolate decorations, we have coco form in white, milk and dark chocolate. This is really easy to use, just knead it well and then you can create roses, teddies etc or roll out and cut ribbons, bows, stars etc for your cake.
