12 Vibrant paste food colours to choose from, now double strength which allows you to achieve the depth of colour you require. They contain no glycerine and so are suitable for run-out work and sugar flowers where complete drying is necessary. They can be used for colouring sugarpaste, marzipan, flower and modelling paste, butter-cream and even savoury dishes like mash potato and pastry.

30 Fabulous paste food colourings to choose from which can be added or kneaded into butter-cream, royal icing, sugarpaste, marzipan, flower & modelling paste, mashed potato, pastry and salt dough etc. Used sparingly, you can achieve the most delicate of pastel colours while adding more gives you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with. You can paint with them by adding a little water, although adding Rejuvenator Spirit or Dipping Solution works works better.

280ml bottle of food grade iso-propyl alcohol - use to colour flowers made out of sugar or cold porcelain or to glaze leaves. Add liquid, paste or powder colour to the solution to dip flowers. Add to confections glaze for creating glossy leaves. Comes with instructions.
