Create pictures and messages on icing and rice paper with these double ended edible ink pens. They are really easy to use - one end is great for writing and block colouring while the other end is really fine for delicate work, fine writing and facial details. One of our ladies is a talented cartoonist and has captured the three Directors using these pens on a sugarpaste plaque and click on the photo to see a picture drawn by children for a Father's Day cake. When using on sugarpaste cover the cake and leave for 24 hours to harden. If making a plaque Mexican paste is the best icing to use but you can use florist paste (leave overnight to harden) or cover a thin board in sugarpaste and leave for 24 hours.

Use with sugarpaste, marzipan, cookie dough, pastry and modelling icing. Ideal for cutting out pastry for tartlets and making plaques for cakes out of a modelling paste. We suggest using Mexican paste for plaques and leave overnight to harden. They can then be piped on, painted with edible food colourings or drawn on using the edible ink pens.
