Edible Colouring Pens

Draw your own pictures, designs and write messages with this edible ink colouring pen. It works on sugarpaste 'roll-out icing' and rice paper (when using on sugarpaste, cover the cake or plaque and leave for 24 hours to harden). 

Create pictures and messages on icing and rice paper with these double ended edible ink pens. They are really easy to use - one end is great for writing and block colouring while the other end is really fine for delicate work, fine writing and facial details. One of our ladies is a talented cartoonist and has captured the three Directors using these pens on a sugarpaste plaque. When using on sugarpaste, cover the cake or plaque and leave for 24 hours to harden.

Colours include jet back and chocolate (good for outlining pictures, hair, trees, animals), green (use for grass, leaves, trees, holly), red (Christmas cakes), sky blue (sea, sky, messages on boys, mens & Christening cakes), dusky pink (flowers, messages), yellow (hair, sun, sand, flowers) and peach (a good skin tone).

Use with sugarpaste, marzipan, cookie dough, pastry and modelling icing. Ideal for cutting out pastry for tartlets and making plaques for cakes out of a modelling paste. We suggest using Mexican paste for plaques and leave overnight to harden. They can then be piped on, painted with edible food colourings or drawn on using the edible ink pens.
