Madeira mix ingredients:
Wheat flour,sugar,vegetable & hydrogenated vegetable oil,whole egg powder,skimmed milkpowder,maize starch, raising agents E541, E500,salt,dried albumen,emulsifiers E471,E472b,E477,full fat soya flour,colour E160b.

Chocolate cake mix ingredients:
Flour,sugar,vegetable & hydrogenated vegetable oil,cocoa powder,dried egg, skimmed milk powder,raising agents E500E540,salt,whey protein,soya flour, emulsifiers,E471,E427b,E477,flavouring.

Madeira cake mix - great tasting and easy to bake, just add water.

Instructions ~
1) Preheat oven to Gas 3/ 150'C
2) Add 400ml/14 fl ozs water per 1kg mix
3) Beat on medium speed for approx 5 mins
4) Bake at above temperature but if extra hot oven, reduce after 35 mins
    to Gas 2.5/ 130'C

Plain Muffin Mix

This fabulous new muffin mix couldn't be easier to use and tastes absolutely delicious. Simply add 200ml cold water to a 500g bag of mix and beat in mixer for just 1 minute. Leave plain or stir in 125grms of your favourite filling like chocolate chips, blueberries, banana etc, whatever takes your fancy! Another idea is to add a spoonful of jam into the middle of the muffin when pouring the mix into the cases. A 500gm bag of muffin mix makes 12 standard cup cakes or 9 large muffins (this includes using the large muffin wraps).
