Halloween Moulds and Chocolates

Make Halloween chocolates in the shape of 6 spooky tombstones. Simply melt chocolate and pour into the moulds until set.

These chocolate chips are easy to melt and perfect for creating delicious desserts, chocolate coverings and chocolates. To melt, place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.

Make white chocolate skeletons. Simply fill the mould with melted white chocolate, leave to set and pop out each section. The skeleton parts can then be arranged sitting up & dangling over cupcakes, ice cream etc or arranged flat on top of a larger cake. We recommend using the Callebaut white chocolate code KLSCC541 and why not try the plastic squeezy bottles code K19041166 to melt the chocolate in and squeeze into the moulds. Size: 25mm - 55mm
