These chocolate chips are easy to melt and perfect for creating delicious desserts, chocolate coverings and chocolates. To melt, place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.

As seen here you can make the roses in different sizes by using less icing. Just knead together a mixture of either ½ flower paste and ½ sugarpaste or 1/3 mexican paste and 2/3 sugarpaste and push into mould. Because the mould is pliable and bendy, your icing or marzipan rose will easily pop out, just dust the mould with a little icing sugar before using. Sizes of mould: 25mm
