Chocolate For Covering, Melting & Modelling

This new real chocolate fondant icing couldn't be easier to use. Mix with water to make a delicious chocolate fondant topping for cakes, cup cakes, cookies, chocolate centres & fondant fancies or beat in softened butter for a light & fluffy chocolate buttercream. To melt, place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.

This cake has been covered in the chocolate flavoured Regalice which is ideal for covering and for making simple models and roses. A handy hint is to use coco powder instead of icing sugar when rolling out the chocolate icing. It works brilliantly and leaves no white marks. The ribbon and bow have been made out of the white chocolate cocoform.
