A modelling paste made from pure belgian chocolate. Really easy to use, break of required amount, knead well and make flowers, ribbons, material looking drapes and bows. Can also be used in moulds and mix 50-50 with sugarpaste or marzipan for a delicious cake covering. Comes in white, milk and dark chocolate.

This cake has been covered in the chocolate regalice which is ideal for covering and for making simple models and roses.

A handy hint is to use coco powder instead of icing sugar when rolling out the chocolate icing. It works brilliantly and leaves no white marks.
