These chocolate chips are easy to melt and perfect for creating delicious desserts, chocolate coverings and chocolates. To melt, place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.

A handy hint is to use coco powder instead of icing sugar when rolling out the chocolate icing. It works brilliantly and leaves no white marks.
