Terms and Conditions

Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this website.
2. CakeCraftShop.co.uk is the tradename of our website and is not the name of our company "Bromley Cake Craft".
3. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, return it within 21 days and as long as we receive the goods back undamaged and unused, we’ll give you a full refund (excluding postage costs). The only exception to this is edible products where we cannot accept returns.
4. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason as long as we have a valid email address or contact number we will contact you to make new arrangements.
5. All products are subject to manufacturers availability. In the case of item/s being unavailable we will provide you with a full refund.
6. Bromley Cake Craft will accept no liability for failure to meet a stated delivery date nor can we be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery.
7. If your goods are damaged in transit, please advise us within 72 hours upon receipt of goods to enable us to make a claim on your behalf with the carrier. No claim for loss or damage will be allowed if you claim outside the above limit.
8. If you have not received your goods you must inform us within 30 days of placing your order for us to make a claim against the courier. Lost goods will not be re-sent after this time has elapsed
9. For orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
10. We reserve the right to revoke customers discount cards at any time. We may do this if we believe people other than the appointed person are using the card. We may also reject orders if the customer’s promotional code on the discount card does not match the address details we hold on file.
11. Once an order has been despatched we cannot change the delivery address from that originally stated on the order.
