Create the WOW factor with these large brightly coloured icing gerberas. For an easy celebration cake simply wrap a wide ribbon around with a large bow and use 1 gerbera on the top with some fancy writing or maybe the diamonte numbers. For tiered cakes, 2 - 3 gerberas look amazing. They look great just as they are but if you wish for more depth & tone, brush over with blossom tint powder colours or use the lustre sprays to achieve a softer pearlised look.
