Wilton Paste Colours

16 concentrated paste food colours which allows you to achieve the depth of colour you require (used sparingly, you can achieve the most delicate of pastel colours while adding more gives you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with).

 

They contain no glycerine and so are suitable for run-out work and sugar flowers where complete drying is necessary. They can be used for colouring sugarpaste, marzipan, flower and modelling paste, butter-cream and even savoury dishes like mash potato and pastry.
