This deep impression rolling pin enables you to make a basket weave pattern in a single rotation on sugarpaste, marzipan and modelling paste instead of the time consuming piping of a basket weave pattern in royal icing. You can easily create a basket of flowers or Easter basket cake by simply rolling out the sugarpaste to the correct size, firstly with a plain rolling pin, then roll over the sugarpaste once with a firm even pressure using the basket weave rolling pin.
