A modelling paste made from pure Belgian chocolate. Really easy to use, break of required amount, knead well and make flowers, ribbons, material looking drapes and bows. Can also be used in moulds and mix 50-50 with sugarpaste or marzipan for a delicious cake covering. 150g packs available in white, milk and dark chocolate.
