An EXCLUSIVE all day demonstration at Squires Kitchen International School  with two amazing patisserie chefs - award winning chocolatier of Extreme Cake Makers fame, Mark Tilling and internationally renowned sugar artist Naomi Lee, also known as The Cake Botanist. It certainly is a day not to be missed - but hurry, there are very limited spaces available. Tickets cost just £80 for this fantastic experience! 

WHEN IS IT?

The demonstration day will take place on Tuesday 28th May at Squires Kitchen International between 10:00am - 4:30pm, giving you time to have the opportunity to get to know the chefs, learn new skills and techniques from their detailed demonstrations and explore the prestigious Squires Kitchen International School in Farnham Surrey.

Your day will include:

  • Meet and greet with Mark Tilling over tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Buffet Style Lunch, tea, coffee and cake

Morning running times:

10am: Meet and greet with Mark Tilling over tea, coffee and biscuits

10.30am: Morning Demonstration with Mark Tilling

  • How to make truffle lollies
  • Moulds and moulded chocolates with different techniques, designs and methods
  • Mirror Glaze – how to make and cover a cake
  • Different ways to dress up your chocolate cakes and gateaux
  • 12.30pm: Book signing with Mark Tilling

Afternoon running times:

1pm: Buffet style lunch

2pm: Afternoon Demonstration with Naomi lee.

  • How to create and design a painted buttercream effect cake
  • 3pm break for tea, coffee and cakes
  • 3.15pm: Naomi Lee will continue her demo on buttercream painting
  • 4.30pm: Finish

     WHAT IS IT?

An experience to learn from two fantastic chefs where they will share their best tips and techniques from years of professional experience demonstrating how to work with chocolate, mirror glaze, fancy desserts, painting floral designs with buttercream and so much more.
