Finest white Belgian chocolate chips which have been expertly blended with caramelised sugar and milk to create these deliciously balanced caramel callets.

These golden coloured chocolate chips are easy to melt and perfect for creating delicious desserts, chocolate coverings and chocolates with rich notes of creamy toffee with a hint of salt - perfect if you love a Caramac bar of chocolate! 

To melt, place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.
