Create stunning sugar wreaths, borders and vines for your cakes, thanks to this amazing silicone mould* from Karen Davies.

The versatile mould is ideal for producing sugar leaves and flowers throughout the year; its uses include making edible twine to decorate the side of an Easter cake, rambling foliage to top a summer birthday cake, an edible vine to decorate an autumnal wedding cake in red and orange hues, as well as a beautiful festive wreath for a Christmas cake.

The foliage can be made in next to no time, and can be moulded at smaller lengths if required. For best results we recommend using modelling paste.

The food-safe mould includes a continuous stem of various sized foliage leaves with additional flowers and buds – Brunei, Gypsophila, Primrose and Stephanotis. Instructions for use included.
