• Wilton 9” Straight Palette Knife - for spreading frosting over the cake.
• Wilton stainless steel tall icing smoother (22.8 x 7.6cm) - for smoothing frosting over the top and sides.
• Lil rolly frosting finisher by Evil Cake Genius* (roller and 3 rollies) - for removing lines & bubbles to create a flawless finish!
• Wilton dusting pouch for cornflour & icing sugar - for dusting the rolly & creating a non-stick surface.

Handy Tips On How To Use The Lil’ Rolly Frosting Finisher

1 Chill your cake in the fridge so that the frosting is slightly firm.
2 Firmly push the rollie onto the foller until it clicks into place.
3 Dust the lil’ rolly with corn flour or icing sugar using the Wilton dusting pouch.
4 Roll over your buttercream to smooth any lines or bubbles out.
5 Repeat the process, dusting the roller frequently to keep it non-stick.
6 To wash, pull rollie off of the roller and wash with hot water, squeeze excess water out and leave to dry.
