Blueberry Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar by Sugar & Crumbs




Simply add softened butter and a splash of milk to reach the consistency required. One 500g pack will make enough buttercream for 24 - 36 cupcakes, depending on the amount on each one. This icing sugar can be used to make buttercream for larger cakes as well as cupcakes and you can also add colouring depending on your design. Add ordinary icing sugar to reduce the intensity of the flavour if required.

To decorate our cupcake, we have coloured the icing with Sugarflair pastel paste colour in Sky Blue and Wilton White White colouring and finished off with a candy striped straw and fresh blueberries.
